CLIMATE FIRST
Conference Furniture Hire at Waddesdon Estate
Wedhead worked with Climate First in both 2025 and 2026, providing event furniture hire across a variety of spaces designed to accommodate speakers, delegates and guests.
With large numbers of attendees, careful consideration was given to how each space would be used throughout the day. Our furniture included audience seating within the main marquee, stage furniture for speakers and panel discussions, outdoor seating to enjoy between sessions, and comfortable indoor lounge areas for more intimate conversations and consultations.
The result was a series of inviting, functional spaces that supported the flow of the event, balancing practical requirements with a considered approach to guest experience.
