Formula 1 Hospitality Furniture Hire
Working alongside Lacy Maxwell Experiential, Wedhead supplied furniture for a series of exclusive Formula 1 hospitality events surrounding the British Grand Prix at Silverstone in 2025 and 2026. Hosted across several venues for McLaren Racing's corporate partners, the events brought together senior executives and guests for a programme of carefully considered experiences beyond the racetrack.

Each event offers a different take on corporate hospitality, combining the energy of Formula 1 with opportunities for conversation, connection and entertainment. From executive gatherings and immersive brand experiences to relaxed race-day hospitality, the settings are designed to feel distinctive and unique.
Wedhead supplied a combination of dining chairs, indoor and outdoor lounge furniture, bars and soft furnishings to complement the individual venues and event formats. Working across multiple locations, our team coordinated deliveries and installations to support the wider production, helping Lacy Maxwell Experiential bring each space together.
