Our bespoke service focuses on helping you select the right furniture pieces considering the all-important aspects such as feel, guest needs, floorplan and access.

We work with a wide range of clients - from exhibition stand designers looking to best reflect brand identity of their clients to couples who wish to make the most of their wedding venue.

Let us learn about your vision in an hour-long consultation, followed by a detailed proposal and a follow up call to run through any questions you may have.

One-on-One Consultation (1 hour)

To learn about your event and how we can help best, we will start with a relaxed but focused conversation to explore:

  • Your floorplan and access points

  • Mood and atmosphere you’d like to create

  • Guest requirements and practical needs

  • Any setup restrictions or special considerations

Tailored Furniture Proposal

Following the call, a detailed proposal will be prepared within 5 working days for you to review. This will include:

  • Recommended pieces from our collection

  • Suggestions for special items we can help source, if needed

  • Layout ideas to ensure a natural flow in the space

  • A curated mood board with visual inspiration

Please note this service is specific to furniture and does not cover any other aspects of event planning or design

Follow Up Review (1 hour)

Once you’ve had time to look over the proposal, we’ll hold a review session to answer any questions, explore adjustments, and fine-tune the details with one round of adjustments (if necessary) before sending over your completed plan to you.

  • This is a detailed guide to help you or your team select the right furniture and set up everything with confidence.

  • Absolutely - we offer a styling service to ensure every chair, cushion, and lamp is placed perfectly (quoted separately).

  • We tend to hold calls over video link as this tends to be the most convenient option for our clients but phone calls are just fine and in person meetings are available locally.

  • Complete our event questionnaire so that we can review some essential information ahead of the call and book your consultation online at the time that suits you.

  • The design consultation is a flat fee of £350+VAT and covers 1h consultation and 1h review, as well as the design proposal.

    Please note that while you are able to reschedule the consultation, the fee is non-refundable.

  • The proposal will cover a curated selection of furniture we would recommend for your event, advice on styling it along with design inspiration, layout and flow suggestions, as well as cover bespoke sourcing option, if needed.
